Users report

The generated report contains user information.

Filters: client and unit

The report contains information about the users who belong to the selected client and unit.

• If no unit filter is set, the report will contain all users from the selected client.
• If no client is set, the query will contain all matching users (across all clients).

Fields of the generated report:

Hierarchical department name	Localized hierarchical name of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Display name	Localized display name of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Abbreviation	Localized abbreviation of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Last name	User's last name
First name	User's first name
Title	User's title
Login ID	User's login ID
User ID	External ID of the user
Profile ID	External ID of the user's profile
Language	The language of the user
Phone number	User's phone number
Mobile phone	User's mobile number
Telefax	User's telefax number
Email	User's email address
Date of birth	User's birthdate
Status	Status of the user
Last login	Timestamp of the user's last successful login
Creation date	Timestamp when the user was created.
Postal code	User's postal code
City	User's city
Country	User's cCountry
Valid from	Start date of the user's validity period
Valid to	End date of the user's validity period
User properties	Properties with the scope "onUserGlobal"
Profile properties	Properties with the scope "onProfileGlobal"
